DigiFestival.net 2011 rules

The festival regulations – www.digifestival.net

All artists and companies from all categories can participate with their productions and works realized and/ or documented in video.

Submitted works, no longer than 20 (twenty) minutes, will be divided into art categories. Selection of the art category will be directly decided by artist discretion and the Festival will put no limitations on artists' choices. The list of participating artists will be published in the relative category section in alphabetical order. All artists will have a personal web page on the DigiFestival.net network that relates to the artist’s selected category. The Music Song will accept songs in MP3 from all signed and unsigned artists.
Submissions for Full Feature Film Category must not exceed 90 (ninety) minutes in lenght.
Submitted videos will be encoded and published on the internet on the DigiFestival.net network in order to be available and be viewed by all kinds of audience with internet or mobile connections.
Video works will all be published on the DigiFestival.net network on the Festival beginning date and time and will remain available on the network unless the artist or the DF staff decides to remove them.
The Festival will award an Absolute Prize and a Prize for any artists’ category.
Prizes awarded to artist for any art category are to be given by the DigiFestival.net festival jury.
The work to win the prize for Absolute DigiFestival.Net Audience Rating winner will be decided by audience rating.
The jury will be formed by members of the designated category together with the DigiFestival.Net editors.

All artists will have a personal web page containing:
• Biography
• Link to personal website and email
• The personal web page will also contain links to select the video quality and to gain access to the video page

The video page will contain: • Additional information related to the work where supported

Videos will be published and made available for viewing and voting on the DigiFestival.net site at 00:00 GMT time on August 13th 2010, the Festival beginning date, and will remain available on the DC and DF sites from this date. The audience voting and the online festival will close on September 13th at 00:00 GMT. Winners will be contacted directly by the festival staff. Festival regulations are subject to changes by the DF staff at any time.

Online Festival October 15th – November 15th

*(Limitations will apply for works containing public and racial offences and pornographic or extremely explicit content and for works whose quality is judged not sufficiently good for festival quality standards by the DF staff and jury.)
