The Festival Regulations

Every artist from the selected discipline can participate in the festival with a video or more with a maximum lengh of 20 minutes. The festival will be held online fron august 15th through September 15th, 2008. The Jury will select one Winner plus 2 Honorable mentions per category. The Audience vote will select the Best of Festival Audience Winner.
