Director Alex Meyers Politically produces short comedy films and has shot and edited over twenty films in just two years.
He is also an accomplished short story writer, winning the Bennet-Harris Award for Humorous Writing in 2006.
His Shorts have received acclaim, gaining popularity due to their odd brand of cerebral slapstick and blink-fo-the-eye lenght.

In the distant future's near distant future, a new entertainment technology is arising. It's incredible. It's sensational.
And it's going to fucking kill you.
Only minutes into his big pitch, the maker of the Dream Machine finds the device turning against him, rapidly flashing odd vignettes while trying to disintegrate his soul.
If he's lucky, he'll manage to sell a few machines.
If he's not, he might just fly straight into the Sun.
'What's On The Dream Machine?' is an absurdist magnus opus, taking viewers and shooting them out of a cannon of surrealism. Strange, funny, and beautiful, 'Dream Machine' is, if nothing else, completely bewildering. |
